OUR STORY

Welcome to Little Red Fox Bakery

 

My journey into baking started when I was a child. I smile when I think back on all of the special times I spent baking with my grandmother and mother, three generations together in the kitchen. Holidays and special occasions became opportunities for me to learn about my culinary heritage. We baked traditional Hungarian pastries, and I learned how to use the delicate flavor profiles unique to Hungarian cuisine. When I was barely a teenager, my recipe for Cherry Chocolate Chippers, my take on the American classic, was published in the February 2000 issue of Gourmet Magazine. That, and my family's tutelage, gave me the confidence and skill to continue on my culinary journey to where I am today. For the past five years, I've worked as a professional commercial photographer and food photo stylist in New York City and Vermont. 

 

Opening my bakery has been a special opportunity for me to share my creative passion through beautifully-styled imagery and recipes for seasonal pies, tarts, cookies and tortes available only at Little Red Fox Bakery. I hope to share with you and your family - and help you create treasured moments with sweet treats.
